The HR Roundtable is a membership community designed uniquely for women working in HR in Australia. A place you turn to when you need perspective, courage, connection — and a reminder you’re not doing this alone.
Created for the women who are often the one everyone else leans on. The women leading change, solving problems, managing complexity, supporting people, and quietly carrying a lot behind the scenes.
After more than 20 years in HR, one thing has always stayed true — we can’t, and shouldn’t, do this alone. Some of the greatest support and growth in our careers comes from other brilliant women in HR. The conversation that starts with “Can I run something by you?” and ends with clarity, confidence, perspective, and gratitude for the people who truly get it.
That’s what this community is built to create more of.
